Our Returns and Refunds Policy has been carefully crafted to assist our valued customers in the event of a return. As a fragrance company, it is essential that all returns follow our specific guidelines to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. Please review the detailed policy below:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To return your order, you must contact us via our Contact Us page or by emailing support@dvexoticfragancy.com to obtain a shipping label for your return.
To facilitate the return process, please ensure you provide the following information:

Reason for Returning the Product
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount unless we have made a mistake with your order whereby, we will cover return costs.
We ask you to ensure that the original or a copy of your invoice is included with your shipment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer store credit or exchanges currently. However, if you’re unhappy with one of our products, please review the return instructions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
